Safe Communities Wellington County is proud to be a partner of Parachute Canada, an organization that connects people and organizations with a shared vision of creating safer communities across Canada.

Parachute oversees 69 designated safe communities across the country and has national partnerships with the Canadian Association of Road Safety Professionals, the Canadian Drowning Prevention Coalition, the Traffic Injury Research Foundation, the Canadian Centre on Substance Use & Addiction, and many other prominent organizations promoting safe behaviours in Canada.

We’re also proud to be partners with The County of Wellington Police Service Board who has collaborated with Safe Communities Wellington County to create The Community Safety & Well Being Plan.
